Shall we treat pupils differently?

Last Monday of June we had an interesting debate online on the question whether teachers should treat different pupils differently. The answer seems at first very simple: yes, of course. However, when you dive into the subject you are met with complexities and you may find surprising answers, as we did. The question dissolves when we more from a teacher-centred to a true learner-centred approach in education.
